Destino Revelado ("we") is responsible for the personal data collected on this site. You can reach us at the email shown in the footer.
What we collect
- Without an account: an anonymous visitor ID (cookie) to count daily visits, streaks and badges, plus your time zone. Readings you generate are stored with that ID so you can share them.
- With an optional account: name, email, country, language and, only if you choose, your date of birth and sign.
- Bookings: name, email, optional phone and session details. Payments are processed by Stripe (USD) and Wompi (COP); we never receive or store full card data.
- Reminders: the channel and address you authorize (email, WhatsApp or browser notification), with the date of your consent.
- We don't store the text of your dreams or your birth date when you use the free reading without an account.
How we use it
To provide the tools, keep your history, manage bookings and payments, send the reminders you asked for and prevent abuse. With your consent, we use analytics (Google Analytics) and advertising (Meta Pixel).
Artificial intelligence
Conversations and readings are sent to the configured AI provider only to generate the response. Please don't share sensitive data in the chat.
Your rights
You can access, correct and delete your data and withdraw consent. From your account you can edit your profile or delete it permanently. Every reminder includes an unsubscribe link.
Retention and security
We keep data while you have an account or as required by law (e.g. payment accounting records, stripped of personal data after account deletion). We use encryption in transit (HTTPS), hashed passwords, role-based access control and audit logs.
